LuminoChemi

Chemistry is a Passion

About us

LuminoChemi a Contract Research Organization (CRO) was founded in 2022 after more than 12 years of experience in high level international research laboratories. It relays on a strong fundamental scientific background in organic and analytical chemistry, it excels in multi-step organic synthesis, catalysis, asymmetric synthesis and fluorescence investigation.

As passionate chemists, we intend to offer services in many chemistry related fields. LuminoChemi is meant, designed and built so that it offers services in whole chemical sciences and lead Algerian chemistry market in the coming 10 years. That’s why we have developed our skills and knowledge to widen our expertise and cover more areas such as Chemical & Organic Waste Treatment, Chemical and Food Analysis. We work hard to ensure that all chemists of as many specialities as possible along with pharmacists and biologists find their needs of chemicals and chemistry services at LuminoChemi.

We practice a very attentive scientific & technology watch to stay up to date in the fields of interest, we are permanently studying the possibility of developing chemical products for many industries such as Pharma to which we may produce some Active Ingredients (AI), give their chemists a high-level training, help them setting up new equipments, infrastructures, accompany their R&D departments,…

One of our medium term most important goals is the production of fine chemicals in Algeria for public/private research laboratories, chemistry and pharma industries. Indeed, Ph.D. students and researchers in chemistry, pharmacy and biology of both sectors are facing three big problems of 1) starting and intermediate materials being unavailable in Algeria, 2) the overpriced costs when they are bought from foreign countries and 3) the very long time it takes to receive them which can reach 12 months. These problems are among the main causes that are slowing down the progress of scientific research in our country. So, synthesising these starting/intermediate materials and making them available locally, we believe, will significantly boost scientific research and economic activity in these domains.
